Senior System Analyst

We are seeking a System Analyst to join our Core Business team.

Your main tasks will be:

• Knowledge Base Management:
  - Creating and maintaining a centralized knowledge base.
  - Developing and updating a unified glossary of terms describing our domains and domain objects.
• Feature Catalog Management:
  Maintaining a comprehensive list of system features with the following attributes:
  - Links to requirements.
  - Corresponding Change Sets (CS).
  - Descriptions of feature functionality.
  - Links to testing documentation.
  - References to monitoring tools (DataDog, Kibana).
  - Miro board updates.
• Requirement Documentation:
  - Document requirements throughout the development process in the form of user stories.
• Technical Specification Coordination:
  - Reviewing and clarifying incoming technical specifications from the design department and teams.
  - Aligning analytical and metric requirements with the Information Center (IC).
• Process Visualization:
  - Creating and updating visual representations of platform workflows and individual product solutions.
• Cross-Team Communication:
  - Facilitating collaboration between project teams, improving transparency, and ensuring effective knowledge sharing.

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in system analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a globally recognized certification (CCBA, CBAP, CPRE, PBA, AAC, CFLBA).
• Strong technical expertise with exceptional documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence, for software development and collaboration.
