With over 80 AI-powered tools, including route optimization, territory management, and automation, it helps boost productivity, reduce costs, and deliver valuable insights. Headquartered in California, the company operates globally, offering 24/7 customer support and personalized implementation services from a team spread across three continents.
Now we are looking for an implementation & Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting: Conducting product demonstrations and working closely with clients to understand their challenges and propose solutions using the platform.
  • Implementation: Configuring the platform to meet client needs, which may involve light coding in a scripting language based on Twig.
  • Support: Providing comprehensive client support through chat and email, assisting with new process adoption, and ensuring successful integration of the platform with clients CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • A thoughtful and analytical mindset, ideally with experience in both technical roles and client-facing environments;
  • Experience in technical support/QA/ implementation engineering, or customer-facing roles;
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level, with additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German being a significant advantage;
  • A technical background, preferably with a degree in a relevant field.
